Delivery

All in-stock items are usually dispatched within 24 hours and definately
within 3 working days as soon as payment is cleared.

In the unlikely event that your item is out of stock we will email and
let you know as soon as possible. You may be offered a similar
alternative or we can post your item on to you as soon as we have it
back in stock again.



Postage

All items are sent out first-class.

Our postage rates are as follows:

£2.00 postage for items value up to £20.00

£3.50 postage for items value from £20.01 - £50.00

FREE for orders greater than £50

If you require recorded or overseas delivery please contact us directly
to discuss your requirements.

Payments

We use the secure payment provider Paypal for our sales. Look for 'https' in the main address bar and a small padlock at the bottom of your screen to ensure you have been transferred to a secure site before entering your details

.We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal transfers.

(Note: You do not need a Paypal account to purchase items through our website)

Returns

For hygiene reasons we cannot offer an exchange or refund on any Body
Jewellery or pierced items so please do make sure that you are sure of
the size and thickness required.

In the unlikely event that your item is recieved faulty or damaged
please contact us to authorise an exchange.



Website Use

We endeavour to keep our website as up-to-date as possible but
occasionally items may be out of stock.

All colours shown on the website are photographed to show the colours as
accurately as possible but monitor screen settings etc may mean some
items show up differently on different PCs.

All sizes quoted are measured to the best of our abilities to give you
a rough idea of how large or small an item is but due to the nature of
certain items they may vary in size.

All prices quoted on the website are as current as possible. In the
exceptional circumstances that the price of your item has been
incorrectly quoted we will contact you as soon as possible.

VAT has already been added to all items.
